Item codes entered at the point of sale deduct the appropriate quantity from stock, check level of stock, bills, update accounts and records module and prepare receipts.
This module is where new stocks are entered to update the database; provides the number of stock in holding; the cost of each; the selling price of each and the totals.
This is used for all data-capture. It is used to capture and update all information in the database; like items and theirs codes. It eliminates duplication of information
This module keeps daily sales records which include date, item sold, amount, profit on item sold, total amount sold and total profit made. It will have sorting facilities to sort records according to predefined criterion.
